• Our rates are per room/night, apartment rates per apartment/night (Standard occupancy). Extra bed Euro 30.-- - Euro 50.--/per night

Important informations:

• Breakfast buffet included in room rate; breakfast for apartments upon request (€ 17,-- per person and night - € 8.50-- for children between 6 and 12 years).

• Wellness area: daily from 03.00 p.m – 08.00 p.m.

• Bath robe: € 8.— for the time of your stay

• Child reduction: Children in parents' bedroom up to age 6 free of charge; 6 and older 50% of adult rate.

• Final cleaning: We charge between € 90.-- and € 120.-- (depending on size) for final cleaning

• Bed linen and bath towels: free of charge
• Pets upon request only!
• Parking place: 1 parking place / room or apartement in front of the hotel free of charge.
• Payment in cash or EC card
• Check-in 3 pm, check-out 10:00 am. In case of early departure or late arrival we charge the room rate for the nights booked.
• Single room surcharge
• The visitor's tax of € 2.60 per person and night is charged separately.

Cancellation Policy:

• The accommodation contract is concluded when the required deposit has been paid. This offer is subject to the availability of the apartment or room offered at the time of acceptance.

  Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner. Outside the period specified above, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible with payment of the following cancellation fees:

  • up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival 50% of the total package price
  • up to 1 week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price
  • in the week of the day of arrival 95% of the total package price.

   

  In the event of early departure or cancellation, we will charge for the booked services.
